ASSOCIATE CONTRACTOR AGREEMENTS. (a) In order to achieve the requirements of this contract, the Contractor shall establish, in conjunction with the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative (COTR), the means for coordination and exchange of information with multiple onsite MSFC contractors. The purpose of this clause is to facilitate cooperation among MSFC professional services contractors in providing support for accomplishing MSFC’s mission. The Contractor Agreements contemplated by this clause, established within 180 days after contract award, will be added by contract modification to this paragraph as required.

ASSOCIATE CONTRACTOR AGREEMENTS. The Contractor shall enter into Associate Contractor Agreements (ACA) for any portion of the contract requiring joint participation in the accomplishment of the Government’s requirement as specified in individual orders. Joint participation may involve entering into this agreement with another SCS prime in support of one or more customers or it may also include agreements with other contract primes outside of SCS as identified within a specific task order. The agreements shall include the basis for sharing information, data, technical knowledge, expertise, and/or resources essential to the interaction of the program support, which shall ensure the greatest degree of cooperation for the development of the program to meet the terms of the contract.

ASSOCIATE CONTRACTOR AGREEMENTS. The Contractor shall enter into Associate Contractor Agreements (ACAs) for any portion of the contract requiring joint participation in the accomplishment of the DCS requirement. The agreements shall include the basis for sharing information, data, technical knowledge, expertise, and/or resources essential to the integration of the DCS solution which shall ensure the greatest degree of cooperation for the development of the program to meet the terms of the contract. Associate contractors will be identified by the Government. ACAs are not required between the prime contractor and its teaming partners under the contract.
